A local businessman has been busted for child pornography. 55 year old David Mejia Lemus is facing charges of child pornography after the Sheriff’s Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement (or SAFE) team raided his business on the 700 block of Buckley Road. SAFE team members searched his cabinet making business on June 5th and seized four unregistered fire arms, a small amount of narcotics and a computer hard drive. On that hard drive, they found seven images of children from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as well as a substantial amount of pictures of sexual acts involving children from the ages of 6 to12 years old. Lemus is currently being held in the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
