San Luis Obispo, CA -- Jury selection is expected to begin next week for a woman accused of hitting and killing a CHP officer near Paso Robles. Prosecutors say Kaylee Weisenberg was under the influence of meth when the crash happened. 47-year-old officer Brett Oswald was waiting for a tow truck on South River Road when he was hit back in June of last year.
