San Luis Obispo, CA -- An autopsy on a hiker found dead in Lake Nacimiento revealed no signs of foul play. The San Luis Obispo County Coroner's Office says 22-year old Leandrew McGee drowned. Toxicology results aren't back yet. McGee's body was found Sunday after his friends reported him missing. They said they lost track of him while hiking.
