Posted: Wednesday, 11 June 2008 8:55AM Highway 101 Will Be Closed for Road Work Highway 101 will be closed overnight in Atascadero beginning next Monday. CalTrans will shut down the highway from 9pm until 5am in both directions for two weeks for bridgework. The roadway will be open on weekends. Northbound traffic will detour off Curbaril; southbound traffic will exit Traffic way. The closure is part of the 101/41 interchange project designed to reduce traffic congestion in the area.
