The public is invited to attend the panel discussion at the First United Methodist Church of Santa Barbara. The Director for the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department and Congresswoman Lois Capps are expected to speak at the event. “Crisis in Health Care: Solutions for the Safety Net” will be held this Sunday at 2:30.
