Head On Collision Backs Up Traffic On Los Osos Valley Road
A head on collision in Los Osos has sent two people to the hospital. 63 year old James Chipman was driving westbound on Los Osos Valley Road near Turri Road when he drifted over the double yellow lines and into oncoming traffic. Several cars swerved to avoid a collision, but Chipman and 62 year old Vicki Milledge collided head on. Both suffered from major injuries and were taken to Sierra Vista Hospital for treatment.
