Family Loses Two In Fatal Collision

Two people are dead and another two are injured after a deadly crash on Highway 46. 20 year old Nichole Clemmons was driving a 2008 Nissan Titan just west of Bethel Road when the car drifted off the road. Clemmons overcorrected and lost control of the truck. 33 year old Ronnie Clemmons and 3 year old Caleb Clemmons were thrown from the car. Ronnie suffered from major injuries and later died at Twin Cities Hospital. Caleb, who was in a car seat, died at the scene. 10 month old Lauren Clemmons and the driver, Nichole, sustained minor injuries. An investigation is underway to determine if Caleb was properly restrained in the car seat at the time of the crash. |
