Posted: Wednesday, 30 July 2008 8:07AM Expect Delays On Santa Rosa Street Road work continues on Santa Rosa Street. One lane will remain open at all times while the re-paving project is underway. Starting at 8 tonight, road crews will be paving near Murray Street, Meinecke Avenue and Foothill Blvd. Tomorrow, crews will continue paving from Westmont to Highland. The electrical work to complete the project will begin on Monday. Motorists should allow for a ten minute delay.
