Posted: Thursday, 16 October 2008 7:20AM Drug Charges Against Local Attorney Dropped Drug related charges against a San Luis Obispo attorney have been dropped. Kirk Callan Endres was cited for marijuana possession and other related charges back in June. According to The Tribune, police searched two homes where they suspected drugs were used and arrested Endres and two others. He was at an apartment with a woman whose child was taken into custody by Child Welfare Services. The charges were dropped after the District Attorney provided evidence that Endres had a doctor’s permission to use the marijuana.
