Posted: Monday, 08 September 2008 9:40AM Construction Continues on Highway 154 Construction continues on Highway 154. This week, road crews will be working at Paradise Road and Vista Point. New turn lanes are being put in at both locations. Work will also begin south of Painted Cave Road on a new turnout on the eastbound side of the highway. Motorists should allow for delays up to 15 minutes. Construction continues through summer of 2009.
