A well known actress has been busted for drugs. On Saturday, Heather Locklear was seen repeatedly driving over a pair of sunglasses and revving her engine in a parking lot in Montecito. A witness had called 911 after seeing Locklear stumble out of her car and into traffic. CHP Officers found Locklear in the driver’s seat of her car which was blocking traffic. They arrested her on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Her bail was set at $5,000.
