Two local members of the House of Representatives have a difference of opinion when it comes to the latest financial crisis. Congressman Kevin McCarthy voted against the Wall Street bailout saying that the proposal “went too far to reward bad decisions on Wall Street at the expense of America’s middle class and the freedom of America’s markets.” On the other hand, Congresswoman Lois Capps approved the bill calling it the only way to prevent the American economy from collapsing.
