Posted: Thursday, 24 July 2008 8:22AM CHP Looking into Cause of Fatal Accident The CHP is looking into what caused a fatal crash in San Luis Obispo. 32 year old Mohammad Soleimankhani was speeding in his Honda Civic north on Highway 1 just before 1:30 yesterday morning. He was near Gilardi Road (just past Cuesta College) when he made an unsafe maneuver, went off the road, hit a curb and went down a dirt embankment. The car rolled multiple times. The San Luis Obispo resident died from his injuries.
