Officers involved with the anti-DUI campaign Avoid the 12, set up a checkpoint Friday night in Santa Barbara during the Fiesta celebrations. The checkpoint was moved to a different location half-way through the night. CHP Officers screened more than 400 cars, towed 20 cars and made seven arrests for driving under the influence.
