The fate of Morro Bay pot shop owner Charles Lynch is now in the hands of a jury. According to The Tribune, Lynch’s medicinal marijuana dispensary was raided in March last year by state and federal officials. He was charged with selling pot illegally. He was later charged with selling pot for profit and to minors. California law allows the legal sale of pot for medicinal purposes, but federal law does not. Lynch lives in Arroyo Grande. His case is being tried in Los Angeles.
