After 5 long hours, police now have an armed robbery suspect behind bars. On Tuesday night, Chubby Chandler’s Pizza was robbed. Witnesses were able to help lead Paso Robles Police to Justin Thomas Rinker. The 25 year old suspect is currently being held in the County Jail for parole violation until Detectives determine what to charge him with. Rinker allegedly robbed the pizza store and then barricaded himself in a home on the 1600 block of Pine Street. Officers do not believe that the family who lives in that house is involved in the robbery.
