Posted: Friday, 17 October 2008 10:06AM Another Big Money Bandit Sent to Prison The last of the so-called “Big Money Bandits” has been sentenced. Judge John Trice sentenced Leonard Jones to 20 years in state prison. Jones acted as his own attorney during the trial. In 1984, he was also convicted of robbery. Jones was one of six men who was accused of attempting to rob a San Luis Obispo bank in December. All six men have been found guilty and sentenced to prison.
