A small plane was forced to make an emergency landing at a Lompoc park yesterday afternoon. First responders say the plane’s engine stalled in wet weather. The pilot tried to glide the plane to the airport but decided it would be safer to put it down at the River Bend Bike Park in Lompoc. No one was injured in the incident.
